Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to BeCardy at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your access to premium features and templates will be revoked, and your account will automatically be downgraded to the free or basic tier, if applicable.

Please note that deleting your account or uninstalling the service does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription manually through your account dashboard to stop further billing.


Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or one-time purchases once they have been processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual plan payments
  • Payments made via third-party integrations or promotional discounts
  • Unused time remaining in your billing period after cancellation

We encourage you to make use of any free trials (if available) before purchasing a plan to ensure the service meets your needs.


Exceptions

We may, in rare circumstances and at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in the case of:

  • Verified technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Fraudulent transactions
